Does TAF180 have an office in Munich?
No – our locations are Zurich and Berlin. Clients in Munich are accompanied online; in-person appointments take place in Zurich or Berlin. Keynotes and corporate formats are also held in Munich.
Does my insurance cover online psychotherapy?
We are admitted to all health insurances in Germany and Switzerland and to private billing; video therapy is covered by many German insurers. We clarify the details in the initial consultation.
How discreet are online sessions?
We use protected video connections and, as licensed therapists, are bound by full professional confidentiality.
Is video therapy as effective?
For most concerns, yes – studies show comparable effectiveness. Where presence makes a difference, we say so openly and plan sessions in Zurich or Berlin.
