This website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, Hansestrasse 111, 51149 Cologne, Germany, under a data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or a contact form, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once no longer required and no retention obligations apply.

In the context of therapeutic or advisory support, special categories of personal data (health data, Art. 9 GDPR) may be processed. This is done solely on the basis of your explicit consent or for the purpose of health care and treatment, and is subject to professional confidentiality.

  • LinkedIn & Instagram: We link to our profiles. These are simple links; no data is transferred to the networks until you follow the link. Providers: LinkedIn Ireland / Meta Platforms Ireland.
  • Embedded video: Individual pages may embed video. When you play a video, data may be transmitted to the respective provider. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Analytics: Privacy-friendly statistics tools may be used to measure reach and usage. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or consent.
  • Appointment booking: To arrange appointments we process the contact details you provide, solely for scheduling. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
