Executive Coaching at TAF180 differs from classic business coaching through its clinical-psychological foundation: Prof. Dr. phil. Thomas Alexander Frank is a psychotherapist, doctorally trained rehabilitation scientist and university professor – and has advised people at C-level since 1995.
The basis is the 180° Model: need, capability and purpose. It shows where change really starts – beyond symptoms and actionism. Sessions take place in Berlin-Mitte, in Zurich or online, in English or German; confidentiality at therapeutic level is a matter of course.
